As a yoga practitioner since 2016 and certified with 200 hours of Ashtanga Vinyasa in 2017, she specialize teaching in Basic Yoga (Foundations), Mobility, and Stretching for Athletes. Her diverse background as a dancer and basketball athlete since a young age and training in calisthenics, gymnastics, crossfit, and weightlifting has enriched her approach to yoga. Alongside her physical practice, she is also on a spiritual journey that includes pranayama, meditation, and alternative holistic healing. She strongly believe that these practices are the essence of yoga and have helped her in my personal healing journey.

In addition to her own practice, she have attended workshops on teaching yoga for elderly individuals, crystal bowl sound healing, traditional Thai massage, and prenatal yoga. Her goal is to share her knowledge and experience with others to help them discover the transformative power of yoga and achieve their personal wellness goals.
