About Dune
Dune discovered yoga in 2023 as part of her physical recovery after a car accident. What began as a way to gently rebuild strength and mobility soon became a steady practice that supported both her body and mind. Through yoga, she found a renewed sense of balance, resilience, and connection to movement.
Alongside yoga, Dune enjoys rock climbing, freediving, skateboarding, and music, all of which influence her creative and playful approach to movement. She has recently graduated from her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at The Yoga Ananda Chiangmai, specialising in Hatha Vinyasa style.
Her classes are shaped by her personal journey and taught in a friendly, accessible way, welcoming students who wish to strengthen, stretch, recover, relax, or simply enjoy moving and breathing together in a supportive space.
