About Mook
Mook’s classes aim to cultivate mindfulness and build strength through a mixture of hatha and vinyasa flow with emphasis on connecting movement with breath. She loves to guide students through proper alignment while offering variations to suit all levels, encouraging personal growth in every practice. She believes that yoga can be transformative, helping to grow a deeper connection with the mind and body.
Mook has jumped around a lot, working in different industries, but has now found her passion in the wellness industry and loves seeing students feeling more comfortable and connected to their body and their mind. Apart from teaching yoga, she is also a certified lagree instructor.

Background
She found yoga through the stillness of Covid, and decided to do the 200YTT in 2021 on the beautiful island of Koh Phangan. She’s been teaching part-time for around 4 years and has recently transitioned to teaching full-time.
